Request for Service
Our procedures require that all requests for service be submitted in writing to our Customer Care Representatives. Please submit your service request by following the link below. Once we receive your request, a Customer Care Representative will be contacting you.
Trendmaker Homes provides maintenance on sheetrock cracks, nail pops, grout cracks, trim and molding separations and carpet re-stretching one time only during the first year in your home. It is suggested that the homeowner send in a "One Time Request" form near the end of the one-year limited warranty period. It is the homeowner's responsibility to initiate the one-year warranty work.
If you have an after hour emergency, please refer to the emergency subcontractor list for assistance. Also, please call our Customer Care Department at (281) 675-3235 with information regarding the incident. A Customer Care Representative will respond as soon as possible. Our phones are monitored on weekends and holidays for any emergencies that may occur.
