Having that pool completed during construction of the home and then rolled into the first mortgage can save time, money and disruption of the home. That's why Trendmaker has made arrangements with one of Houston's oldest and most respected pool and back yard contractors, Laguna Pools, to work directly with our valued customers to design and build their dream back yard and have it ready the day they move into their new Trendmaker home.

Our relationship with Laguna Pools will be independent of your contract with Trendmaker. Laguna Pools & Designs Ltd. will enter into a separate contract with a Trendmaker Homes' buyer for the pool construction and all communications regarding the pool's design, construction and service after the sale will be with Laguna Pools.

In Trendmaker's search for a pool contractor who we felt would meet the high expectations of our home buyers, we selected Laguna Pools. We believe Laguna Pools has the ability to do business with our discriminating customers by providing them custom design, quality construction, safety requirements, and professional service after the sale consistent with Trendmaker's own standards of home construction.

Some limitations and opportunities for pool construction may apply depending on the existing stage of the home construction at the time your elect to install a pool. If a pool is contracted on prior to the beginning of construction or during the early stage of construction, pool construction would be allowed to commence prior to completion of the home. If a home is sold at a later stage of construction, the home is too near completion to build a pool without disrupting the closing date. In this case the pool will have to be built after closing, but the cost can still be rolled into the mortgage.
